Never let yourself or anyone that you know be a "closer" in any type
of business (bar, store, restaurant, gas station).
Our world is not as safe as we pretend that it is, and living
in a fantasy worlds WILL get you in trouble, sooner or later.
The women who die EVERY MINUTE from violent crimes expected to go to bed tonight, and get up tomorrow. No one expects it, but we must be prepared and aware so that we HAVE A PLAN. BE PREPARED TO ACT! AND ACT HARD!
The elbow is the strongest point on your body. If you are close enough to
use it, do!
If you are ever thrown into the trunk of a car, kick out the
back taillights and stick your arm out the hole and start waving like crazy.
The driver won't see you but everybody else will.
HAVE A PLAN!
I would encourage you to pass this information on to all women, not just your friends and family, but everybody. We all need to hear it. We all need to be prepared for anything at any time, especially now.
ALWAYS be aware of your surroundings and ALWAYS BE PREPARED TO ESCAPE A DANGEROUS SITUATION. In crowded places, always know where the exits are. Never be so engrossed in what you are doing so you do not know what's going on around you.
These are dangerous times. We must be aware of the possibilities of terrorist attacks at all times, including germ warfare. Be aware at your job, in public places and events, in crowds and at home.
PLEASE, protect your children at all times.
Do not let them wander around in stores. Never leave them in locked cars, or in carriages, even if they are asleep. Better to have a crabby baby than a dead one!
Last week I saw a man with his children in the movies. One child had to use the rest room. He left them (6 children) alone to take one child to the rest room. I know it is inconvenient, but if you take one, you must take them all!
Never leave children unattended as they are unable to protect themselves.

Children are innocent and trusting. They do not know what evil lurks around in the world.
